Time to Celebrate! Our First Rehab Project in North Carolina Went Under Contract!!

Updated: Mar 3

Last night was truly special – a night of celebration and achievement for Crestline Capital!

We're happy to announce that our first rehabbed home in NC, a new market for our business, has gone under contract. This isn't just a celebration of a project completed; it's a celebration for the buyers and the community alike.

For the community, this means welcoming a beautifully rehabbed home into the neighborhood – not only enhancing the area's aesthetics but also contributing to local development and generating taxes to support community growth. And for the lucky family who's found their dream home, it's an opportunity to settle into a comfortable place within a fantastic community, complete with excellent infrastructure and schools.

This achievement wouldn't have been possible without our strategic partnership with a local company, Briggan Investments Inc., led by the incredible Julio Berger. Julio and his team played a pivotal role in ensuring that our project aligned perfectly with local regulations and housing needs, covering every detail to deliver a home that truly resonates with the community.

Let's recap the journey: we acquired this property from auction back in October, streamlined all documentation by November, and kicked off the rehab efforts in December. Fast forward to late January, and the home hit the market, sparking immediate interest and resulting in a successful sale within just a couple of weeks!

As we celebrate this milestone, we're also looking ahead to the many more projects to come.

This is just the beginning of Crestline's journey in NC and other states, and we're excited to continue making a positive impact in every community. Thank you to everyone who's been part of this incredible journey!
