What type of deed will I receive?

When you purchase a property from Crestline USA, we transfer it to you with a Special Warranty Deed. If you’d like even greater peace of mind, we also offer the option to provide a General Warranty Deed through one of our trusted, nationally recognized title company partners. This service is available for an additional fee and ensures the highest level of protection for your purchase.

For buyers seeking an additional layer of protection, we also offer the option of a General Warranty Deed for an additional fee. This is facilitated through one of our trusted, nationally recognized title company partners. Satisfaction guarantee In the rare event that a post-purchase issue arises, Crestline USA remains committed to customer satisfaction. We offer a refund of the full purchase price—capped at the original purchase amount—no hassle, no delays. This guarantee applies if the buyer provides evidence of a title defect during our ownership period, as confirmed by a title search conducted by a title company licensed to operate in the state where the parcel is located. In such cases, we will promptly issue the refund, ensuring transparency and trust in every transaction.

What payment plans do you offer?

Our payment plans are designed to fit your needs, with no credit checks and 0% interest. You can choose from different down payment options (10%, 20%, or 30%) and installment plans (6, 12, 18, or 24 months). Pick the plan that works best for your budget and timeline.

Is there an interest or credit check requirement for financing?

No, we don’t require credit checks or charge interest on our payment plans. This approach allows everyone, regardless of credit score, to have a chance at property ownership.

How does the purchase process work?

The purchase process is simple and can be completed entirely through our website for your convenience. After selecting a property, you’ll choose your payment terms, sign the contract, make the down payment. That’s it!

How soon can I take possession of the property?

You can take possession as soon as you sign the contract and complete payment (down payment for financed transactions and full payment for cash transactions).

Do I need to wait for the deed to take possession of the property?

No. The purchase agreement you sign with us and completion of payment (down payment for financed transactions and full payment for cash transactions) is all you need in order to take possession. The deed will arrive within 30 days of full payment via certified mail.

Can I visit a property before purchasing?

We do our best to ensure our pictures of the property are as recent and accurate as possible. But if it’s convenient, we encourage you to visit properties on your own before purchasing.

How do I make payments for my property?

When you purchase the property through our website, the payment form you used for the down payment will automatically be leveraged for the subsequent monthly payments.

Are there any additional fees involved?

Aside from the agreed-upon price, there are no hidden fees. We are upfront about all costs, and any additional expenses will be clearly stated before purchase.

Does Crestline USA own the land it sells?

Yes. We buy all of our land through reputable channels and ensure clear titles before offering them to our customers. We encourage you to verify property ownership with the county. In fact, on our Owners Resources page, you’ll find contact information for the county assessor’s office for every property we have for sale. This level of transparency ensures you can trust the legitimacy of your purchase with us.

How can I find out what I’m allowed to do with the property? Can I place a mobile home or RV on it?

As part of our due diligence process, we research the zoning classification of each property and share it with our customers as a helpful reference. We also strongly encourage buyers to contact the relevant county or city offices directly to confirm zoning details and ensure that their intended use aligns with local regulations. This step helps ensure there are no misunderstandings and gives you full confidence in your ability to use the property as you wish.

What happens after I purchase a property?

Here are a few next steps to consider: - Engage with local authorities: If you’re planning to develop the property, you’ll need to connect with the city or county where it’s located to understand the specific requirements for development and/or mobile home installation.
