This celebration marks the completion of a project that benefits both the buyers and the community. For the community, it means welcoming a beautifully renovated home, enhancing the neighborhood's appearance, contributing to local development, and generating taxes to support community growth. And for the fortunate family who has found their dream home, it's an opportunity to settle into a comfortable place within a fantastic community, complete with excellent infrastructure and schools. This achievement wouldn't have been possible without our strategic partnership with a local company, Briggan Investments Inc., led by the incredible Julio Berger, ensuring our project aligned perfectly with local regulations and housing needs. We acquired this property from an auction back in October and brought this wonderful project to completion.
House - Chicago
Check out this amazing transformation in Chicago led by Crestline Capital! We found a house from the 1880s in need of a complete overhaul. It took about 10 months to remodel, including digging out the basement to increase living space. Luiz, Crestline’s co-founder, saw it as a personal opportunity to revitalize a piece of Chicago history and give it back to the community.
